NL family or AL family?

For you baseball fans out there, which shall it be? Cards or Yanks? Bad guys or good guys? 9 World Championships or 27? NL or AL?

OR

Okay, let's get real. This really isn't up for debate but because Ira's and Sophia's maternal grandparents live in St. Louis, I can get behind the Cards...as long as they aren't facing the Yanks.

Depends. Do you enjoy boring A.L. ball where manager just fills out the lineup card and sits on his butt OR do you enjoy watching the game as it was originally intended where everyone plays the field and bats (no DH). I might suggest the N.L. for the simple fact Sophia and Ira can learn the strategy of the game by watching Tony Laraussa constantly switching pitchers to get the right matchup. also the squeeze play and hit and runs are a rareity in the A.L.. As a Reds fan i loathe the Cardinals. If you enjoy history you could always be a Reds fan since they are the first professional team in history.

The correct answer is NL (and the Cardinals by-the-way). The AL is fake baseball as far as I am concerned, 10 people to fill 9 positions is flat-out cheating. Go Redbirds!
What a beautiful family you have, thanks for the pictures!

I grew up a Cubs fan in a White Sox family. I prefer the National League, except for the Cardinals - I'll root for anybody but them!

Ira looks great in either uni Joe! Ya'll need to get back to Texas and follow a real spring sport - Spring football and the NFL draft!

AL all the way. Nobody likes watching pitchers try and hit a fastball. It's a waste of precious game time.

Go Yanks!
