Ira's ECCO test went well yesterday. He remained calm through it with the help of Laura's singing. We'll find out the results of that test later today or early tomorrow.

Ira continues to sleep. Laura spent most of the day with him yesterday and he slept most of it. I went up last night and woke him at 7 PM. He was back out at 9. The night nurse said he slept most of the night too.

Sweet dreams, Ira.

Is Kay still there with you guys? Or are you back down to four? We love you and miss you. Think about you. We show the kids photos of your kids on the computer, which they ask for again later. Jackie wonders why you can't all live here, with us. peace -- Katie

Wonder if our sweet boy is dreaming about puppy dogs and kitty cats? I guess not since he doesn't yet know about cats and dogs! Can't wait for him to get to know Jersey! I know Jersey will be as gentle with Ira as he/she (can't remember which) has been with Sophia.

Oh, Katie and Jackie Jo, I know you two sisters want to be with your baby brother and his family...and you both will take your turns helping out real soon. You sisters have always been very "motherly" to your little brother...even when you, Jackie Jo, used to kiss him good-bye at the vending machines at school. Keep praying, everybody. God is good all the time....even when I can't figure out what HE'S got in mind for us....He is steadfast and faithful!

Love,
Mom/Gram/Glo

Remember, Ira recently went through surgery and it is not unusal for sleep from the anesthetic! And it takes a while for it to get out of the system. Ira has been through a lot and needs some rest.

I wouldn't be too concerned, yet. But isn't it just like parents, we worry if they are too irritable and worry if they sleep! I sometimes wished there was a worry switch to help us.

God is good and he will help you through this, too. We continue our prayers for Ira and God's blessings on him and your whole family.
